Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email.
You will also receive an update email when your order goes into production.
Once your order ships, we will send a third email with your tracking information.
The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence.
If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder in case it was redirected there.

* Please note: We can only process cancellations for orders that have not been shipped.
Please contact us including your order details and we will cancel your order and provide a full refund. We cannot cancel orders once they are shipped.

Once we received your order, we will prepare your products within 24 hours.
Your order will then be sent via our postal partners (UPS, USPS, FEDEX).
As soon as we ship your order you will receive an email confirmation detailing the shipped products and tracking number.

Once our shipping partners (USPS, UPS, FEDEX), provide us with the tracking number for your order, we will send you an email confirmation email which will have a tracking link for you to follow the live tracking updates.
If you're not able to find the shipping confirmation please contact us including your order number and we will help you right away.

We are currently offering FREE Shipping on all orders over 60$. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

* Please note: We can only send your order to the address you provide at checkout and we are unable to retrieve once its delivered it, so please check your address carefully!
If your order is not shipped, we can help you change the address. Please contact us including your order number, the new details and we would make it happen.

We have a 30 days policy, starting from the day your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging and proof of purchase.
If 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we can't offer you an exchange or refund.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and email address used at checkout.
* Please note: When you return any product, you must cover the shipping charges.
All items must be unused with labels and packaging intact.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Dirty Birdee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered at checkout. Upon inquiry, Dirty Birdee will confirm the address provided and the tracking information to that address for the customer to investigate.
